Puke! Wonton is suppose to have a bit of pork in it and after breaking it open, it looked more like a fly took the pork’s place. It was OK if taking a small spoonful, but when I held the cup to my mouth to drink it, it smelled bad, putrid. WTH! Did not address the issue! Egg drop soup was bland, so I used salt. (We requested the white rice after getting the burnt fried rice.) When the server was told the brown fried rice was scorched and burnt and we could not eat it, she argued the rest of the batch was the same. Shrimp was so salty it was not edible without mixing it with rice. Food Quality-Identical dishes (shrimp with lobster sauce) and one had more of a gravy consistency and the other was watery. (Another employee brought us our entrée’s)ģ. Only time server came to the table without being requested was to seat us and bring the bill. Service-Had to stand up and wave at staff for assistance and the server that spoke English acted ticked off she had to get off her phone and get up to do her job. This transaction was through Paypal and IAT fees already included, however the bank was getting their greedy hand involved with hidden fees for certain transactions.NEVER AGAIN!! BEWARE! Was my favorite place for a long time, but no more. Customer submitted a screenshot of two payments one to Paypal (which was to my store) and another charge listed as IAT Fee with my stores name in the title slot, however it was not a payment to my store however a payment to the bank that the bank automatically charged for the transaction. After looking at my paypal and bank statements it was clear to me I did not charge twice, only once. I have received a customer complaint that I charged them twice. This happened to me as a shop owner who uses paypal. It is the banks charge and the monies go to the bank. Banks also list the company name as to which the transaction fee applies to, however this is very misleading as it is not the company that is collecting the extra charge. It should be your bank that you are calling and complaining too. There is no way for them to track your bank account charges. If it's not in your paypal account then they cannot help you. It is an extra charge that your bank has taken out of your account.
